Tomorrow Cody will be gone to basic training for a week. I am still waiting on my first letter. Weather has been terrible so I haven’t really been able to get the post office. Which is sad. But I did get to have two phone calls this week. Each totaling in 2 minutes each. I loved hearing his voice. This week has went by slowing. I am hoping it picks up. I want to hold my baby.

Besides that, work has been going great. I like the people I work with. I enjoy my job. I get to sit in a room scanning the old deed, marriage and mortgage listening to my MP3 player. It is a pretty awesome job. My boss is awesome too. πŸ˜€

My lip is killing me. I bit it and now it has a huge sore on it. I have been trying to doctor it but it isn’t getting much better. Then my water pipes froze. Which sucks. I had great luck until I went to work and my brother turned off all the dripping water. The butt nugget.

  1. Aw I hope you get your letter soon and that he is okay! I’m glad you could phone him and i hope you see him soon.

Glad work is good! It’s always great if you can get a job you like.

Hope your lip and pipes get better!

It is a pretty cool idea. πŸ˜›
And thanks! They are one of my favourite sets. πŸ˜€

    Hey!

Hehe, yeah it’s definitely kinda stress free not having a website and stuff. But at the same time I really missed having it.

Is your boyfriend/husband at the army? I hope you will get the chance to go to the post office soon to pick up the letter! But at least you got to talk to him for a lil while πŸ˜€ That’s great too!

It’s good to hear that you enjoy your work! If you enjoy work it’s also easier to go and attend it! I hope it stays like that :)!

I hope your lip and the water thing get better soon!

I keep telling you to stab your brother in his ass cheek … you can just say I told you to πŸ˜› lmfao

  4. Yeah you said it. Love just can’t happen on a show like that. That’s why half of the couple break up a few weeks after the show is over. Psh. -.- So pointless.

Aweh that’s great that you got two phone calls with him. It must be a great feeling to hear his voice. I hope you receive that letter soon and that the weather improves so it’s easier to get to the post office.

Hooray for liking your job. I hope all the positive-ness continues. πŸ˜›

Gah, that lip sore doesn’t sounds pleasant at all. Hope it gets better soon.

  5. I hope you get your letter soon! I hate it when the weather stops you doing something…

Glad you were able to speak to him on the phone though. πŸ™‚

Glad you’re enjoying your job. πŸ™‚

Hope your lips gets better soon!

Sucks that you don’t get to see him. I hate being away from someone close for a long period of time.

Lucky! You have a job. I wish I had one. Today I was thinking about all the places I’m going to apply to this weekend.

  8. Pink Floyd! I love your new domain. πŸ˜€

I hate heat waves. T_T I really hate it. Now I’m sitting in my room and it’s just way too hot to do anything!

It’s wonderful to hear the voice of a loved one. πŸ™‚ I hope the weather clears up so you can go to the post office.

It’s such a great feeling when you like your job. Not many people do. πŸ˜€

I hope your sore gets better. Eek. I always got cold sores in bad weather. Bah. D:

I am so sorry to hear that you have not yet received a letter from your boyfriend, and I’d like to tell you that they improve with time…but sadly, none of mine did. I am also sorry to hear about your idiot brother – that sounds like something mine would do out of spite. God, I hate them! But congratulations on the job! It sounds like a great one! Also, hope that your sore improves. πŸ™‚

  10. Don’t let the weather get you down, the letter will reach you safely and hey maybe the weather will lighten up so you can go and check at the post office. =] That’s awesome that you get two phone calls, make that moment last! Sorry to hear about the sore lip, you need to moisturize that like crazy especially if its cold enough fo ryour pipes to freeze!!

Heh, you’re job sounds like my job except I’m helping people stalk alumni so we can badger them about donations, now that their rich and famous. =P

Even though I hated my 2-5 mins phone calls from my Husband when he was in Basic Training for the Army, it was good to hear his voice. Be very supportive in your letters and the few calls that you get from him. He’s going to be going through a lot of shit (they tear the new soldiers morale down then build it back up to train them into fighting, killing machines) and will really need to know that there are those that still think the world of him. What will be his MOS? What branch of the Military? What base is he training at? My Husband is a Cav Scout for the Army and did his full 17 weeks at Fort Knox. He is currently doing a 1 year tour in South Korea and gets back Stateside end of this July. If you have questions or need someone to talk to about Military things, I’m there for ya.
