random moments

Poor Egg

I feel so sad. 😥 Our hamster Egg past away last night. We knew it was going to happen. He was a very old dwarf hamster. He was black when we got him and he has been slowly turning gray over the past few months. The past couple of days he has been slowly not moving as much and his breathing was getting slower. But on the other note, I know he was very well taken care of and his life with us was a very happy one. Plus his life lives on; he had one baby from about a year ago and 4 3 (one of the babies died) new ones that was born last week. This is a nice thought. Knowing he will live on. I kind of makes me smile a little. I might try to add some pictures to the image gallery of all the hamsters we have.

Keith and I have been hanging out with another couple the past few days. This has been very refreshing. The couple is great. They act a lot like us and are just cool people to be around. They both are night people. Which is great for me and Keith. The couples name’s are Jeremiah and Lee. Lee is 18 and Jeremiah is 24. They are about our age as well. 🙂 Great.

Keith's work week. I’m hoping to get a job at a dry cleaners like a half a block away from our house. They have a sign out front for part-time help. Hours 3pm-5pm Mon-Fri and Sat. 8am-11am. I have already turned in my paper work. That is just what I’m looking for a few hours every day and I would still be able to stay up late and work when I got home. I have to be able to find something that I can walk to because I don’t have a ride. Like I said many times before Keith works a 4 star. Which means 12 hour shifts and he works a 3 to 4 days a week and it changes each week. As you can see with the picture I made. 😛

But on the other hand, Lee wants me to come work with her at Wal-Mart because she works there for one and two I would have a ride. That would be neat. I might try to fill out the paper work again and see. You never know. But I like the idea of the dry cleaners better because I know I can walk there and just a few hours like I want.

I forgot to add this but just thought of it. Read it and then tell me how freaky it is.

Scientists have successfully reanimated dogs after three hours of clinical death. The folks at the Safar Center for Resuscitation Research drained the canines’ veins of blood and filled them up with an ice-cold salt solution. The hounds were declared dead, but their tissues and organs were preserved. Three hours later, the researchers replaced the blood and jolted the pooches back to life with an electric shock. Tests showed they were perfectly normal, with no brain damage. The idea is that the macabre technique could one day help save human lives. “The results are stunning. I think in 10 years we will be able to prevent death in a certain segment of (patients) using this technology,” said one U.S. battlefield doctor.

Here and there

I added a couple plug ins to WordPress today and that’s about it for the website. I downloaded about 200 fonts. Which puts me up to 4,493 total fonts. :floppy: I’m a junky! I can’t help it. As soon as I start thinking about them it makes me want to create. Does that make since.

Any who, I was wrong about the google talk thing. I downloaded another one. But they do have one out now called Google IM. Which I find neat. I already downloaded it as well. My SN on here is domain.goddess. You have to have a gmail account to use Google IM. If you want an account if you don’t have one already, just email me or leave a comment. I have around 100 of them. 🙂

The Walking Dead Vol. 3: Safety Behind Bars In about a month Keith and I will be married :hearts: 1 year. Our 1 year together. :wow: I want to be able to get him something really good but since I don’t have much money I just got him some plugs from ebay. I wanted to get him Walking Dead Vol. 3. But I don’t see that happening because no one can keep it in stock. It is very wanted. I really hope maybe I can get it for him for Christmas. That would be really nice. He would drool all over me. :lmao:

On to Hamster news: our babies are doing good. They are starting to walk around the cage some. I kind of got some pictures of them but I don’t think they are very good. I might try to post them tomorrow or later. Which ever comes first.

I’m off to watch Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It comes on in a little bit.

We have baby hammies

We have baby hamsters. I can’t believe it. I counted four. They just had to be born last night or this morning. They are all little and pink. So, cute!!! :hearts: I would take pictures but I don’t want the mother to freak out. I’m not sure which female is the mother. Both look like they are taking care of the babies. Both are nesting and going in to check on them. I guess the other one could be able to have some. If so, we will be having hammies out the butt. :lmao:

I joined Project Postal. I don’t know where to buy postcards but I bought some really neat printable postcard paper from Wal-Mart to make some. The paper for was about $8.50 for 200. postcards. I thought that was a good price and cheaper then trying to buy them at other places. I think I bought a postcard for $1.50 one time. Crazy! :dead: I printed out 12 postcards so far. I think it was neat. I can make my own and have whatever I want on them. I used some of my father-in-law’s photos, shots from Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force and random pictures I have found around the net. I am so proud of them. I can’t wait to start mailing them out. Keith told me not to get all crazy with them but it is so neat to be able to make my own. I love it. I am so glad I just bought me a new book of stamps.

Project Postal needs more members, everyone should join. I know that I love getting mail. 🙂 I think you have to live in the US only. I’m not sure but you might just want to ask Angela to be sure.

Woot!! Woot!!

Guess who finally got an email from the Martini Lounge, that’s right me. I am one of the latest webmasters. I am so happy!!!! I was hoping I would get on but I was so scared that someone else would be better then me. I guess I did shine through.

Last night Keith and I hung out with Matt and Mandi. We had fun. We watched part of Sin City but had to leave in the middle because I was falling a sleep. I was so tired. :yawn: I came home and fell right to sleep. I didn’t really wake up until 9:30 this morning. Which means I sleep almost 11 hours. I think I was coming down with something. I have been feeling sick for a couple days now. Nathan is sick as well and I think I got whatever he has.

I also added that new section I was talking about in my last entry. You can find it under Visitor >> Random. I have about 80 more pictures to add but I thought add a few every once in a while and not try to over work myself. I have a lot of work this month to get done before September and I have to get my work done. No ifs, ands or buts. It has to be done. I have dead lines you know.

I forgot to say that a few days ago Keith gave me a thing of roses. It was so sweet. I just about cried. He is the most perfect husband. I love him so much. He always knows when I am feeling bad and he always knows how to make me feel better. :hearts: I love being married to this man.

I finally broke 20,000. . .

I finally broke 20,000. I can’t believe it; over 20,000 people to my site. I remember when I placed the counter on my site over a year ago. Just the lonely one on the counter then. 😛 I think it’s neat. But that’s me.

I put up a new layout. I got tired of the cherries so fast. Something about it, just didn’t click with me. So, I made a new one. I love this one.

At the moment you will notice a php error in my comments. I’m not sure how to fix it. I know it has something to do with my comment quick tag plug in but I’m not sure what. Got to love php!! :hearts: LOL I fixed it. 🙂 I found a different plug in then what I was using and it works great. No more errors!! :yay:

I am thinking about adding a page of random funny pictures I found on the net. What do you guys think? Cool or no. Seen it to much or not enough. This entry is so short. Umm. . .

Kim and Sarah are suppose to come over today around 4. This I am very happy about. I haven’t seen Kim in sometime and Sarah since we graduated together in May of 2004. It will be nice to have a girls night. Maybe order some pizza, watch a movie, go out or something. You know do the hang out thing. :lmao:

I have needed to get out with my friends, chicks, people my own age. I don’t get out enough with just me and I know Keith doesn’t go out anymore. I wish we had more friends of our own but since we moved here I don’t know many people out side of where I use to live and he doesn’t know many people outside of work.
