random moments

It’s hammer time . . . Zzz

I am about to past out. I just got done with making Keith breakfast and I have been up for hours it seems. :yawn: I will apologize right now if this entry is random.

I finally added click-able smiles to my admin page in WP. That I am very glad of. I had them in 1.2 but when I upgraded I forgot to add them back but I finally got around to doing that tonight. I also, just added 10 smiles in the comment area. I mean, all smiles will work in the comments but you only have 10 to click on. 😀 I didn’t like having all of them in a row.

I think we are going to have baby mice within the next month or so because I seen our little pets “hugging” a few days ago. I can’t wait. We can pick these little guys up around day 5 or so and after day 10 we have to pick them up every day so they can become tame. I know it will be a lot of work but very rewarding. :hearts:

What I have done.

1. Add login page to script
2. Make thumbnails links (for script)
3. Pick up living room
4. Make new layout (I really hate this one)
5. Take pictures of sewing projects and upload them.
6. Take pictures of pet mice and upload them.

I got a couple things done. I’m hoping I will get the rest done in the next couple days. I don’t have many more to go. The ones on the list that are going to be the hardest to do are the ones dealing with the script. I am writing a PHP/MySQL script that shows recent photos uploaded and an archives page. I know it sounds easy but trust me, it isn’t. :yuck: But on the plus side I have found a new passion. Coding in php/mysql. I love writing scripts. I can’t wait till I’m done with this one so I can start on some more. I love writing HTML but PHP is so wonderful. You can do some many things with it. I’m in love. *giggles* 🙂

I feel like such a dork but I know that my husband loves me anyway. I have such a passion for web design in general. I don’t think I go a day without typing something in code, whether it be a layout or a script or fixing CSS in a layout or anything random like that. I will not and can’t not change who I am.

I just woke Keith up for work. It is now Keith and Rainbow time. :heart:

To do list.

I don’t have a lot to do but I do have a little.

WOW! Their is more on that list then I thought about. DAMN! I need to get on it.

Oh yeah, I got a 17″ LCD monitor the other day. It looks so nice but the only thing I don’t like is the fact that my resolution is so high (1280 x 1024). I was use to 1024 x 768. I am going to have to get new wallpapers or make new ones. LOL I’m getting use to have more room on my screen. I like it when I am typing out code. I don’t have to scroll as much. Which is good. 🙂

Be for I forget, we got two new little pets (white mice). We got a male and female. So, cute. I like them just as much or even more then the hammies which is saying a lot. I like the fact they are so friendly and so loving. We names them Mario and Princess. Cute, huh? Keith came up with it. I keep naming off odd names and stuff that I didn’t even like and as soon as he said Mario and Princess. I feel in love. LOL

I’m not a dummie!

Some of you guys asked if the book was well written and it is. It starts out simple but the way it is written you don’t have to read it from front to back to understand what’s going on. I have really learned a lot from it. YAY! I looked on the back and realized that if I had bought it in stores it would have cost at least $24.99. DAMN! That is a lot of money. That’s the reason I love on line shopping. 😀

Keith and I haven’t done much today. We went and payed the rent today after he got off work and that’s about it. Nothing real exciting. We came home watched a little TV and he went to bed.

Oh the plus side, I got a phone call from an old friend that I hadn’t talked to in a while, Jennifer. I was really happy about hearing from her. I missed talking to her. YAY for Jenni! 🙂 I also talked to my friend Christina earlier. It has been a good day to talk on the phone.

I think this weekend we are going out Saturday with my mom and dad to Red Lobster. Yum. I haven’t been to Red Lobster since at least my 18th birthday. I can’t wait. :yummy:
